By ordering a product from HopHazard Studios, you agree to the terms and conditions specified below. Please read this page carefully and ask us if you have any questions. Thank you!

Shipping

Shipping cost is not included in the price of the item. A shipping quote will be provided when you place your order. Our default shipping method is USPS ground and a tracking number will be provided. The cost and shipping time can vary depending on your location, the size or your item, or the number of items ordered. Most orders within the contental US will ship for $10 within 5 to 7 business days. Orders to Canada will ship for approximately $25. If you are an international customer or you would like expedited shipping, please let us know and keep in mind that additional charges will apply.

We ship our products in discrete brown packaging. The return label will say HopHazard Studios, but there is otherwise no indication of the package contents.

Warranty and Refunds

Although we’re happy to provide advice for repairing and maintaining your product, we do not provide a warranty and we do not offer refunds. If you believe there is a problem with your product that is a direct result of material defects or construction please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to fix your problem, but we do not offer any guarantees. Problems will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you would like to ship your product back to us for repairs, and keep in mind that additional charges will apply and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

We create our products with strength and longevity in mind, but it’s normal for your product to encounter wear and tear over time. With proper care and handling, you should be able to get many years of use. Please see our Product Care Guides for tips.

Payment Information

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required on any purchase before beginning construction. The remaining 50% is to be paid at any time before the item is shipped. We're happy to provide progress pictures and answer questions anywhere in this process to ensure your satisfaction. We will always send you a picture of your product before shipping, but if you would like in-progress updates or pictures you must request this directly.

Preferred payment method is through PayPal, however checks and money orders are also accepted through mail. Cash is also accepted but it is strongly advised that you do not send cash through the mail, and if you do, ensure the envelope is completely opaque and the contents are obscured. We will not take responsibility for any payments lost in the mail. If sending a check, please allow the added processing time for the payment to clear before we begin work.

Sizing and Fitting

The customer is responsible for creating and mailing a duct tape dummy for all full fursuits and fursuit pants before work can begin. It is highly recommended that you follow our duct tape dummy tutorial for creating your dummy. Our tutorial will ensure that your fursuit will fit comfortably and have a full range of movement.

For other products we require specific measurements. Please see our measurements tutorial for exact instructions on how to take these. We are not responsible if your product does not fit because you provided inaccurate measurements or an incorrectly constructed duct tape dummy. If you follow our tutorials you should not have this problem. If you have any questions please ask! We want to be sure you’re happy with the product you’ve ordered.

Changing Your Order

It’s in everyone’s best interest if you have a complete idea of what you want before we begin construction. We make our best effort to match your colors as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your colors will match exactly depending on material availability. If you do have requests for changes to your product after construction has begun please contact us immediately and we’ll do what we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of your request. Primary color changes cannot be done after construction has begun. If the changes are minor they should not affect cost or completion time, but this will not always be the case. If construction is complete or near complete, or we are unable to fulfil your change request, you are not entitled to a refund.
